Data Subject Rights

You can use this process regardless of which law applies, but you need to clearly explain which law you refer to, please add this to your request.  In the system, please note that all the references relate to GDPR so they may not be fully applicable to other laws.

Please note that all current Accelleron employees globally may also use this process to execute their Data Subject Rights.

Please use this process in the following cases:

• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): If you are an EU resident and you would like to submit a request for access, update, change or deletion of any of your personal data or preferences of how Accelleron processes it.

• Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD): If you are a data subject whose personal data has been collected or is being processed while inside the territory of Brazil.

• Privacy Act of Australia and New Zealand: If you are an individual concerned or individual’s representative, whose personal information is processed by Accelleron entity and you would like to submit a request for access or correction of your personal data.
  Under the Privacy Act of New Zealand you may ask us to treat the request urgently, providing a reason for that in the “Additional details to your request” field.

• Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore (PDPA): If you are an individual concerned or individual’s representative, whose personal data is/was collected, used or disclosed by Accelleron and you would like to submit a request for access, correction of your personal data or consent withdrawal.

• Protection of Personal Information Act of South Africa (POPIA): If you are an individual concerned or individual’s representative whose personal data is/was collected, used or disclosed by Accelleron in South Africa and you would like to submit a request for access, update, change or deletion of any of your personal data or preferences of how Accelleron processes it.
  In case of a request for objection to the processing of personal information or correction or deletion of personal information or destruction or deletion of record of personal information, you can also use the Information Regulator form and send it to us at privacy@accelleron-industries.com.
