Mieke Van de Capelle
Mieke Van de Capelle brings with her more than 30 years of international HR leadership experience gained at DSM-Firmenich, Perfetti Van Melle, Electrolux and Sara Lee across Europe, Asia, and the U.S. She has shaped strategy, workplace culture, sustainability, and corporate communications and contributed to major organizational transformations and the integration of multiple acquisitions.
Mieke Van de Capelle holds master’s degrees from the University of Burgundy and Ghent University.
